Your Teacher Dashboard

When you log in as a teacher, Swiftscore takes you straight to your own personal dashboard. This is your private view into your evaluations, goals, and upcoming schedule — you'll only ever see your own information here, never anyone else's.

Getting to Your Dashboard

Log in with your Swiftscore credentials and you're automatically routed to your dashboard. There's no extra navigation required — your dashboard is the first thing you see.

Your dashboard uses the same overall layout as the dashboards your administrators use, but it's scoped entirely to you. You won't see options to create evaluations for other teachers, manage staff, or view district-wide insights — those are administrator tools and aren't part of your view.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab is your home base. It brings together:

Recent evaluations — a quick look at your latest evaluations and observations. If you're new or don't have any yet, you'll see a simple empty state instead of a blank screen.
Goals — the professional goals you're working toward, including progress indicators broken out by milestone so you can see exactly how far along you are.
Upcoming schedule — your next few scheduled observations or conversations, capped to a manageable list so you always know what's coming up next.

Reports Tab

Alongside Overview, your dashboard includes a Reports tab. This is where your professional development reports and related documentation live, giving you one place to review materials tied to your growth over time.

Viewing an Evaluation in Detail

When you open one of your evaluations, you'll land on a detail view organized into a few focused tabs:

Evidence — the underlying transcript, notes, and any files tied to the observation.
Evaluation — your scores broken down by domain. Click into any individual component to see a deeper breakdown of why you received that score, including citations that jump you straight to the relevant moment in the transcript.
Coaching — next steps, goals tied to the evaluation, and any related coaching conversation.

This structure makes it easy to go from a high-level score straight down to the specific evidence behind it.

Goals

Your goals appear both on your Overview tab and in their own dedicated views. Each goal shows milestone-by-milestone progress, so rather than a single percentage you can see which specific steps are complete and which are still ahead. You can open the full list of your goals at any time for a complete picture beyond what fits on the Overview tab.

Conversations

If you've had coaching conversations logged in Swiftscore, you can open them to see a summary, the full transcript, and any documents shared as part of that conversation.

From an evaluation, you can:

Export to PDF for printing or saving offline.
Export to CSV if you want the underlying data.
Generate a share link to send the evaluation to someone else.

Evaluations can also be sent directly to you by your evaluator — when that happens, you'll be able to view them both in your portal and via email.

Improvement Plans

If you're on an improvement plan, it shows up directly in your dashboard. While an improvement plan is active, it temporarily takes the place of your regular goal-progress view so your focus stays on the plan itself, and any related coaching report reflects your progress against that plan instead of standard goals.

What You Won't See

Your dashboard is built to keep your view focused and private:

No tools for creating or editing other teachers' evaluations.
No staff management or roster controls.
No district- or school-wide insights.
No way to view another teacher's dashboard, even by navigating directly to it — you'll always be brought back to your own.

This keeps your dashboard simple: it's your evaluations, your goals, and your schedule, and nothing else.
